Job Description:

Job Summary
This role supervises and trains workgroups, ensuring safety, productivity, and attendance. You will set high standards for performance and foster effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training for new and existing staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Manage resources for optimal output and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Implement personal development plans for staff growth.
• Provide comprehensive training and coaching for employees.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible availability for shifts, up to 5 days a week.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
