Recreation Host/Hostess cast members will ensure exceptional Guest Service at poolside cabanas and various pool locations, including the Dive Shop and slide dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Guest safety and respond to emergencies
• Welcome cabana Guests
• Maintain cabana cleanliness
• Clear pool deck of used items
• Enforce rules and safety guidelines
• Provide assistance and information to Guests
• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting required
• Work in various weather conditions

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic and proactive
• Must be 18 years or older
• Full availability for training and shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Hotel/Resort
• Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language
• Full availability preferred
