Job Type: Full-Time Day Shift

Commitment Bonus (1-Year): $15,000 for Day Shift or $20,000 for Night Shift

Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour

Department/Unit Summary

Join our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. Our team includes RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and unit secretaries, providing specialized care for patients with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions. This role offers a dynamic environment with advanced monitoring technology to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications and requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN License in North Carolina or a Compact State.

Additional requirements include:

  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
  • AHA ACLS and AHA PALS within six months of hire
  • Handle With Care within 90 days of hire
  • One year of experience preferred
