Registered Nurse (RN), Progressive Care
Job Type: Full-time | Variable 12-hour shifts with EOW
Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus
Department/Unit Summary
PCU is a 42-bed unit where RNs provide direct care to patients and families, practicing within their license and organizational policies. Under the Nurse Manager’s guidance, RNs collaborate on patient care plans and engage in performance improvement. Care is tailored to adult and geriatric patients, including management of acute cardiac cases and invasive lines. RNs work 12-hour shifts (7A and 7P).

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must have a current state RN license and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS Certification
- One year of acute cardiovascular care or comparable nursing experience
- ASLS certification preferred
