New Graduate Nurse (RN)
Job Type: Full-Time with rotating weekends and holidays
Commitment Bonus (1-Year): $15,000 for Day Shift or $20,000 for Night Shift
Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour
Department/Unit Summary
Lifepoint Health offers an RN Resident Transition to Practice Apprenticeship Program to support new nurses in their transition from classroom to bedside. This program combines online learning with mentorship to enhance clinical confidence and proficiency.

Qualifications and requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current unencumbered RN License in North Carolina or a Compact State. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Less than one year of nursing experience preferred.
