**Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager**

Up to $20,000 Commitment Bonus

**Job Type:** Full Time | Weekend Coverage

**Schedule:** Friday-Monday (4 10-hour shifts), including two weekend and two weekday shifts

**How you’ll contribute:** Utilize your specialized care interventions and innovative patient care to enhance patient journeys and well-being.

**Required Education:**

Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.

**Licenses/Certifications:**

Active NC or compact RN license required; BLS certification required; Case Management certification preferred.

**Required Skills:**

Critical thinking, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential. Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of community resources and quality review standards.

**Minimum Work Experience:**

Five years of recent acute care hospital experience required; supervisory and hospital case management experience preferred.
