Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg – PRN

Job Type: PRN, Variable

Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour

Department/Unit Summary

Join our 39-bed Medical Surgical unit, providing compassionate care alongside a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. With a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, you will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure comfort and safety in a collaborative environment focused on high-quality care.

Qualifications and requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN License in North Carolina or a Compact State.

Additional requirements include:

  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
  • AHA ACLS and AHA PALS within six months of hire
  • Handle With Care within 90 days of hire
  • One year of experience preferred
