Pay Range: $32.19 – $48.28

Summary:
Full-time position, 36 hours/week, with 12-hour Weekend Only shifts. Options for rotating, straight days, or straight nights available.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct daily patient rounds ensuring quality service.
  • Develop care plans based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Assess patient conditions and nursing needs, setting goals and prescribing actions.
  • Promptly address patient pain and symptoms.
  • Identify early warning signs of patient deterioration.
  • Report observations to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • Initiate discharge planning and education early.
  • Delegate nursing interventions as appropriate.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse | North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement | Prior to Start Date
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA) | Within 90 days of Start Date
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) | Within 6 Months of Start Date
  • Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) | Preferred

Notes:

  • Temporary RN license accepted prior to start.
  • ND RN Graduate Work Authorization considered prior to start.
  • Must hold an unencumbered nursing license prior to start.
