Salary Range: $135,700 – $278,300

This range reflects various factors influencing compensation decisions, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.

  • JOB SUMMARY:
    The VP of Sales drives new business to meet sales targets and revenue goals through strategic planning, market analysis, and client relationships. Collaborating with the Chief Growth Officer, this role focuses on new business and growth channels.

    GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Identify market segments and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process and improve efficiency.
  • EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven success in senior sales leadership in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of workers’ compensation products.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to travel (50%).
  • GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strategic thinking and relationship building.
  • Skilled negotiator with analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
