About the Role

• As a Sales Associate at Claire’s, you will:
• Support the Store Manager in achieving retail targets by driving sales.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Showcase Claire’s products and assist customers with inquiries using your product knowledge.
• Help with store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock management, and promotions.
• Perform ear piercing (full training provided).
• Maintain a presentable and inviting store environment.

About You

• Some high school education required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Understanding of customer service importance.
• Good math skills and reading comprehension.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, and using ladders.
• Familiarity with POS systems.

Compensation: $10.85 – $11.70, based on experience and location.
