About the Role
- As a Sales Associate at Claire’s, you will:
- Support the Store Manager in achieving retail targets by driving sales.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Showcase Claire’s products and assist customers with inquiries using your product knowledge.
- Help with store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock management, and promotions.
- Perform ear piercing (full training provided).
- Maintain a presentable and inviting store environment.

About You
- Some high school education required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Understanding of customer service importance.
- Good math skills and reading comprehension.
- Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, and using ladders.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
Compensation: $10.85 – $11.70, based on experience and location.
Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and more. Part-time benefits include 401(k) match and paid time off.
