Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Location: Allentown, PA 18103

Responsibilities:

• Contact patients for Medicaid applications
• Verify health insurance information
• Assist patients and families with necessary information
• Document information accurately
• Perform administrative tasks
• Provide hospital coverage as needed
• Guide patients through medical assistance applications
• Advise on medical bills and financial resources
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Travel to client facilities as required
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Covid vaccination required
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable in a hospital setting
