Qualifications
Current state RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing school required. Additional requirements:
- BLS, ACLS certification
- 3-5 years clinical experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- BSN preferred
Department Summary
- Liaison between staff, physicians, and facilities
- Monitor departmental operations within budget
- Promote positive relationships within the community
- Provide medications and supplies as needed
- Occasional direct patient care
- Responsible for hospital operations in the absence of management
