REF:#2c22129d7b64bc08 *I. Summary of Position:* Provide direct evaluation, treatment and support of motor and sensory feeding disorders to clients on caseload. Provide support and guidance to department staff across MTC regions/facilities to ensure efficient and superior multidisciplinary service delivery.*II. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:*
Treatment Duties: *Provide developmental screenings, evaluations and direct therapy (caseload TBD) which may include: individual or small group sessions to support consistent productivity.*
* Complete and finalize daily session notes and appropriate quarterly/annual progress updates and re-evaluations and at a minimum weekly communication with parents/caregivers for each child summarizing session and including appropriate at-home/off site reinforcements.
* Report caseload status within MTC services (i.e., enrollment, pending, screenings) on a consistent basis (timeframe to be mutually agreed upon) to Director of Operations.
* Support short term session coverage across other regions to provide maintain productivity levels of the occupational therapy department as needed.
*Management Duties:*
* Present every other month data/reporting (call/meeting time to be mutually agreed upon) to Director of Operations on status occupational therapist skills and status of quality assurance targets.
* Verify/approve any monthly occupational therapist expense reports within region.
* Promote MTC Occupational Therapy Services with prospective affiliations in the community and in all clinic locations within region.
* Coordinate annual occupational therapy material budget within region and present to Director of Operations.
* Support productivity and efficiency of occupational services across MTC region along with Director of Operations.
* Enforce implementation of evidenced based practice among MTC occupational therapists within region with quarterly audits to include but not be limited to session observations and documentation review.

*V. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:*
