Job Description
Provides patient care under supervision of physicians or registered nurses, following established standards.
Performs basic duties such as obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, collecting specimens, and assisting with exams and procedures.
Handles phone calls, schedules tests, records patient information, and assists with medication refills.
Administers medications and immunizations per provider orders.
Prepares and maintains exam rooms and supplies, and follows infection control protocols.
Completes clerical tasks like chart retrieval, filing, and form completion.
Attends training sessions and performs additional duties as assigned.
Requirements include LVN license, BLS certification, and relevant certifications.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM; full-time position.
