We are seeking a dedicated RN – Telemetry to join our healthcare team in Springfield, IL. This position offers a weekly rate of $2,290.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring and interpreting patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms
Providing comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients
Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Documenting patient information accurately and timely
Responding promptly to emergencies and patient needs
Qualifications:
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of telemetry equipment and cardiac protocols
