Job Description

This per diem LPN position offers flexible overnight and weekend shifts in private duty nursing within Delaware.
Responsibilities include providing overnight care, administering medications, coordinating with families and healthcare providers, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Candidates should hold a Delaware LPN license, preferably with one year of healthcare experience, and have completed an accredited LPN program.
Experience in acute, chronic, home health, or long-term care is preferred, with additional skills in tracheostomy and ventilator care considered a plus.
Mandatory two-week daytime orientation at the Camden office, followed by patient-specific field training on night shifts, with some schedule flexibility.
Must attend at least one weekend per month.
