Job Description
The LPN Pediatric Specialty Clinic Coordinator provides outpatient care coordination for pediatric patients requiring specialty physician services.
Coordinates scheduling, ensures equipment and supplies are ready, and supports clinical tasks like patient rooming, chart updates, and procedural assistance.
Assists with clinical support under supervision, including vital signs, history documentation, and participating in procedures.
Acts as the primary contact for referrals and communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Maintains inventory, adheres to regulatory standards, and supports individualized patient care plans.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, NYS LPN registration, BLS certification, and preferably prior patient care experience.
Physical and working conditions involve frequent movement, handling, and exposure to noise and hazards.
The role requires compliance with privacy policies and confidentiality regulations.
