Medical A unit is a fast-paced 30-bed floor caring for patients of all ages, many with chronic illnesses requiring multidisciplinary treatment and patient education
Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, flexible, and eager to care for diverse populations while expanding their clinical skills
Requirements: Practical Nursing diploma, current LPN license or ability to obtain within 90 days, BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days); additional certifications may be needed based on the unit
