Now offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time LPN/LVN positions, with both night and day 12-hour shifts available. We hire full-time and PRN staff, with hourly rates ranging from $28 to $36, plus generous shift differentials and excellent PRN rates. Compensation varies based on experience and certifications.

  • Provide compassionate, personalized patient care aligned with care plans and physician orders.
  • Monitor vital signs and patient responses, collaborating with RNs to support recovery.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients to enhance their rehabilitation experience.
  • Qualifications include current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred inpatient or rehab experience.
