  • Provide direct patient care aligned with care plans and physician instructions.
  • Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses.
  • Collaborate with RNs to report findings and implement care strategies.

  • Qualifications include current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred inpatient or rehab experience.
