Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse II provides direct inpatient care, observing patient behavior, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, and reports findings to the registered nurse. They carry out the patient’s care plan under RN supervision.
Full-time nightshift position with a competitive shift differential.
PRN rate is $30/hr.
Qualifications include current LPN/LVN license, CPR/BLS certification (ACLS if required), and at least one year of experience.
Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Requires physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment.
Skills include effective communication, critical thinking, time management, and independent work.
Expected to maintain reliable attendance, adhere to dress code, and support a diverse, inclusive environment.
May work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays, and perform additional duties as assigned.
