Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse II provides direct inpatient care, monitoring patient behavior, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses, and reports findings to the registered nurse, following the patient’s care plan.

  • Full-time night shift with competitive shift differential; PRN rate is $30/hr.

  • Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR (BLS), and at least one year of experience.

  • Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.

  • Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 30 pounds and have strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.

  • Works in a temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment; may work under stress, weekends, holidays, or evenings.

  • Maintains reliable attendance, adheres to dress code and standards, and promotes an inclusive, respectful work environment.
