Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse II provides direct inpatient care, monitoring patient behavior, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses, and reports findings to the registered nurse.

  • Full-time night shift with competitive shift differential; PRN rate is $30/hr.
  • Requirements include valid LPN/LVN licensure, CPR (BLS) certification, and at least one year of experience.
  • Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
  • Physical demands include lifting objects up to 30 pounds and repositioning patients.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, and independent work skills.
  • Work environment is indoor, temperature-controlled, and accessible, with potential stress and varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
