LPN Wages: Starting at $26.00/hr and up; DOE

Shift differentials: $1.00 per hour for PM Shift, $2.00 per hour for NOC shift

Per Diem Requirement: 3 Shifts Per Month minimum, additional pick up receives $10hr differential

Shifts Available:

Part-Time Day Shift
Part-Time PM Shift
Part-Time NOC Shift
On-Call/PRN

About You:

Valid and current RN/LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
