Job Description

This full-time LPN position in a multi-specialty clinic in Latham, NY offers a day shift with a salary range of $46,220.72 – $64,709.01 ($27.00 – $37.32/hr).

  • Provides direct patient care, records vital signs, and documents patient history.
  • Assists with procedures, performs CLIA-waived testing, and venipuncture.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Maintains clinical supplies and ensures regulatory compliance.
  • Floats to other sites as needed.
  • Requires a valid LPN license, high school diploma/G.E.D., and prior patient care experience preferred.
