Job Description
This full-time LPN position in a multi-specialty clinic in Latham, NY offers a day shift with a salary range of $46,220.72-$64,709.01 ($27.00-$37.32/hr).
Provides direct patient care including recording vital signs, documenting history, and assisting with procedures.
Performs diagnostic testing, venipuncture, and prescription call-backs within scope of practice.
Prepares clinical documentation, maintains inventory, and ensures regulatory compliance.
Requires LPN licensure, high school diploma/GED, and preferably prior patient care experience.
