Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with 12-hour shifts (6 am – 6 pm or 6 pm – 6 am).
Provide direct patient care, perform nursing tasks under supervision, and monitor patient responses to treatment.
Work with diverse diagnoses including stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, joint replacements, fractures, trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions.
Assist patients in achieving discharge goals and returning to daily life.
Require current LPN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred inpatient medical-surgical or rehabilitation experience.
