Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with 12-hour shifts (6 am – 6 pm and 6 pm – 6 am). This position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation care in an 80-bed hospital.
Perform nursing tasks under RN supervision, deliver direct patient care, and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
Work with diverse diagnoses such as stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, joint replacements, fractures, trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions.
Assist patients in achieving discharge goals to return to their daily lives and communities.
Require current LPN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred inpatient medical-surgical experience; rehabilitation background is a plus.
