Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with 12-hour shifts (6 am – 6 pm or 6 pm – 6 am).

  • Provide direct patient care under supervision, including observing vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
  • Work with diverse diagnoses such as stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological, joint replacement, fractures, trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions.
  • Assist patients in achieving discharge goals to return to their daily lives and communities.
  • Requirements include current LPN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred inpatient medical-surgical experience, with rehabilitation experience a plus.
