Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room (OR) to assist surgical teams in providing safe patient care during various procedures.
Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up equipment, and ensuring supplies are available.
Assist surgeons by maintaining sterile fields and handing instruments efficiently.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes or complications promptly.
Coordinate with surgical teams to develop and implement patient care plans before, during, and after surgery.
Provide patient education on surgical procedures, recovery, and postoperative care.
Accurately document procedures and patient responses in medical records.
