Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room (OR) to support surgical teams in delivering safe patient care during procedures.

  • Prepare ORs by sterilizing instruments, setting up equipment, and ensuring supplies are available.
  • Assist surgeons by maintaining sterile fields and handing instruments efficiently.
  • Monitor vital signs throughout surgery and respond to any changes or complications.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to develop and implement patient care plans pre-, intra-, and post-operation.
  • Educate patients on surgical processes, recovery, and postoperative care.
  • Document procedures and patient responses accurately in medical records.
