Job Description

This Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient services in collaboration with the care team.

  • Provide direct, evidence-based care as directed by physicians or RNs
  • Assist with procedures and monitoring
  • Perform lab tests within scope after competency
  • Document care accurately and promptly
  • Support staff, students, and volunteers in delivering care

    • Qualifications include a valid LPN/LVN license, associate degree, BLS certification within 30 days, and at least 1 year of experience. No travel required.
