Job Description

REF:#82563cb2218fccc0 Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing facility in Barre, VT!

*Compact licensure from other states will suffice*

The primary purpose is the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

Full-Time with Benefits and Pay in Lieu employment options.

Salary: $32.00- $43.33

Shifts available:

FT / PT / PRN 7am- 3pm, 3pm- 11pm and 11pm- 7am (every other weekend required)

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
COVID-19 vaccine is required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
