11p-7a shift: full-time and part-time Rehab Unit only
All shifts: weekend positions

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Previous Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
