As a Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.
What Cascade Living and Ashley Gardens of Mt. Vernon look for in Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN):
· Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
· Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
· Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
· Ownership attitude who can stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
· Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
What you can expect to do as a Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) for Ashley Gardens of Mt. Vernon:
· Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
· Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
· Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
· Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
· Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
· Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
· Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
$35.00 – $42.00 /hour
*Depending on Experience
Job Type:
Full time
Friday – Sunday (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)
On Call/ PRN
$5,000 Sign On Bonus:
$2,500 paid after 90 days of employment
$2,500 paid after 180 days of employment
Bonus eligibility – Continuous full-time employment, good standing and no unexcused absences
