Job Description

Join our team as an independently licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW) to make a difference in behavioral health.

  • Provide culturally sensitive assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy for diverse clients.
  • Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care.
  • Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization efficiently.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and staff.

    Qualifications include a Master’s in a related field, independent license, passion for mental health, strong communication skills, and commitment to ethical practice.
