Job Description
This RN Infusion Level IV position in El Paso, Texas offers an ongoing full-time role with 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts.
Provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing treatment for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level.
Supervises staff to ensure appropriate care delegation and maintains high standards of patient safety and quality.
Supports the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care, staff competency, and resource management.
Administers medications safely and timely, coordinates patient care within prescribed medical regimes, and adheres to safety, risk management, QI, and infection control standards.
Performs all hospital incident command system responsibilities during emergencies, knowing emergency codes and procedures.
The role emphasizes providing cost-effective, comprehensive nursing care aimed at optimal patient outcomes.
