Seeking a Lead Speech Language Pathologist in Hanford, CA, to oversee inpatient speech therapy across four hospitals.
Provide evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge criteria for patients.
Supervise SLP-CFY students and mentor staff.
Perform videofluoroscopic swallow studies and ensure high clinical standards.
Collaborate with therapy teams in a supportive environment promoting growth and work-life balance.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (Masterâs/Doctorate preferred), CA licensure, BLS certification, and acute care experience.
Preferred: leadership experience, ASHA CCC.
