Job Description

The Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for rehab patients.

  • Perform accurate nursing assessments and document care in compliance with physician orders.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive care plans based on hospital standards.

  • Evaluate patient outcomes in a timely manner.

  • Requires 1-3 years of staff nurse experience, an RN license in Texas, BLS certification, and preferred CRRN certification.
