Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Perform comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and evaluate patient responses.
Administer medications safely, manage pain, and monitor clinical conditions, including cardiac and airway management.
Educate patients and families, document care accurately, and respond effectively to changes in patient status.
Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to ongoing growth and development.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, CT licensure, BLS and ACLS certification, and strong communication skills.
