The House Supervisor (RN) provides off-hour leadership, supports staff, assists in patient care, and ensures quality across the facility.
You will collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, assessing needs, administering treatments, and promoting safety.
Your role involves utilizing care plans and innovative technology to improve patient outcomes.
