Job Description
The House Supervisor (RN) provides off-hours leadership, supports staff, assists with patient care, and ensures quality of care in the facility.
You will work alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in a collaborative environment, with a 1:6 nurse-patient ratio, assessing needs and administering treatments.
Your role involves utilizing care plans and technology to improve patient outcomes, shaping positive patient experiences daily.
