Job Description
The House Supervisor (RN) provides off-hour leadership, supports staff, assists with patient care, and ensures quality care in the facility.
Requires current RN license and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
Handles patient assessments, treatments, and safety in a collaborative environment with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio.
Utilizes specialized care plans and technology to improve patient outcomes.
