A hospitalist position in Belleville, IL, seeking BE/BC Internal or Family Medicine Physicians. The role offers a 7 on / 7 off schedule, 7 AM–7 PM shifts, with full-time requirements and options for additional shifts. The hospital has a 212-bed, Magnet-designated facility with ICU coverage by intensivists and substantial APP support. Compensation includes a $315,000 base salary, up to $20,000 quality bonus, $12,000 tenure bonus (from year three), $30,000 sign-on bonus, productivity incentives, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care, collaborating with care teams, and documenting medical histories.
