Job Description
The Speech Therapist is responsible for delivering quality patient care based on physician orders, including assessments, treatments, care planning, communication with the healthcare team, supply management, emergency response, education, and family training.
Territory covers Seminole, Orange, and Osceola County.
Schedule is Monday to Friday with 22.5% productivity expectations.
Provide speech therapy services, follow policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Create evaluations and plans of care with goals and outcomes.
Coordinate services with the healthcare team, participate in discharge planning, and maintain confidentiality.
Serve as a resource for clinical staff and communicate patient progress to physicians and families.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program, valid SLP license, CPR certification, and at least one year of recent acute care experience.
