Job Description
Seeking a full-time Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Barre, VT.
Make home visits across designated areas to assess and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety activities.
Accurately document care using electronic devices.
Requirements include VT licensure, certification or eligibility by ASHA, solid computer skills, and EMR experience preferred.
