Job Description
Seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist in Acampo, CA for an ongoing, staff position starting ASAP.
Provides speech therapy for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred Masterâs), valid state licensure, ASHA CCC, and CPR/BLS certification.
Key duties involve assessing, documenting, and modifying treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and instructing patients on skill practice.
Must maintain documentation per regulations and perform additional duties as needed.
Organizational policies require vaccinations and participation in E-Verify.
