Seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for an ongoing staff position in Lawrence, Kansas.
Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services in home settings following physician-approved plans of care.
Perform direct care, instruct patients and families on therapy and device use, and report changes to supervising therapists.
Adhere to state practice guidelines and safety standards.
Must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program, hold a valid license, and have 6+ months of experience preferred.
Willing to travel up to 50%, with reliable transportation and ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
