Seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for an ongoing staff role in Tecumseh, MI.
Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services in home settings according to physician-approved plans of care.
Follow established standards, adhere to state guidelines, and report any changes in patient status.
Instruct patients and families on device use and home exercise programs.
Must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program, hold a valid license, and have at least 6 months of experience preferred.
Willing to travel up to 50%, with reliable transportation and ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
Report to the branch or clinical supervisor.
