Job Description

Seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for an ongoing, full-time role in Quincy, Illinois, covering Adams, Schuyler, Brown, and Pike counties.

  • Provide high-quality, direct physical therapy services following physician-approved plans of care.
  • Supervised by a Physical Therapist, follow established standards, and report any changes in patient status.
  • Instruct patients and families on device use and home therapy programs.
  • Travel within coverage area up to 50%, requiring a dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a graduate degree from an accredited PTA program, current unrestricted license, and 6+ months experience preferred.
